The Stranger was Suspicious

By: JazzyJazz

Chapter 1
Helpless

I was in the middle of no man’s land. I had no idea how I got here. All I could see around me was dry land, dead plants, and cow skulls. The sun was blazing hot burning all the skin on my body. I was in desperate need for help. I had no energy to make a fire or draw a huge S.O.S. on the ground so I just yelled help instead. I waited for hours and no one came. I didn’t feel like doing anything but crying. I just sat down on the hot ground sulking in my misery.

Chapter 2
Help At Last

Then out in the distance I saw something. It was coming closer and closer. Help had finally come. It was an old man in a dirty and rusty car. He offered me a ride. I looked inside to see a suspicious looking man that wore a hat covering his entire face and a long trench coat that covered his whole body despite the burning hell temperature. Even though the man didn’t look trustworthy, I couldn’t resist from feeling thankful. I went ahead inside and asked him to take me to the nearest town.

Chapter 3
Adrenaline Rush

We were only one mile away from the town when all of a sudden he made a sharp turn into a dark road. Suddenly, I felt something very strange and unsafe. He kept on speeding. I immediately regret taking a ride from this stranger. “Where are we heading?” I asked. He then said, “I am going to kill you when we stop okay sweetie?”
I screamed so loud that he covered his ears with both of his hands completely letting go of the wheel. The car got out of control swerving and turning in so many directions. An adrenaline rush came through me as I punched the stranger unconscious, kicked him out the door, and took over the wheel.

Then I woke up. Thank goodness it was only a dream!
